Bankers Life and Casualty Company Promotes Jordan to Northeast Territory Vice President

Chicago, IL (January 20, 2010) -
Bankers Life and Casualty Company announced that Bruce Jordan has
been promoted to Northeast Territory Vice President.
Jordan, 55, joined Bankers in 1976 as
an agent and has served as Branch Manager in Bankers' Concord, New
Hampshire branch for nearly 30 years, as well as serving as
Regional Director in the Northeast Territory for seven years. He
reports to Mike Buckley, Senior Vice President, Sales.
"Bruce has led the Concord branch to
top performance for over 20 years, and his contributions go well
beyond the accomplishments of the branch," said Buckley. "He
provides mentorship to both new and veteran managers across the
country and serves as Dean of Bankers University, the annual
education summit for field management. He exemplifies the Bankers
culture of trust, integrity, drive and leadership like no
other."
At Bankers, Jordan will be responsible
for leading the Northeast sales territory for Bankers - comprised
of nearly 2,000 career agents in 48 branches.
Jordan holds a B.S. in Business
Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
