Overview
We offer a unique opportunity to learn the insurance industry from the ground up while impacting the lives of your clients. In many ways, our agents are entrepreneurs. As an independent contractor, you build a client base and manage your own business. And with Bankers Life, you enjoy the support of a national sales organization.
As you start your career, you’re likely exploring opportunities at companies both large and small. Consider some of the advantages of working for a diverse, growing organization: more opportunity, more impact, more reward.
Mentorship and company culture
An experienced insurance agent will mentor you while you’re new and will accompany you on sales appointments until you’re acclimated with Bankers Life products and comfortable making client recommendations. You’ll experience success right away under your mentor’s guidance. We will also help you learn how to market yourself and the products that are right for meeting your customers’ needs.
Additionally, we will continue to offer training throughout the lifetime of your career. This will help you continue to grow, challenge yourself and achieve your career goals as an experienced insurance agent or as a sales manager in a leadership position.
Company culture is also important to us. We thrive on social activities. From company-wide events to branch-specific BBQs and club sports, we’re people who like to be with one another and enjoy life.
